Executive Vice President of Operations

Guy is CubeSmart’s Executive Vice President of Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of more than 1500 stores nationwide with nearly 1000 teammates on his team including store teammates, district managers, divisional vice presidents, and the Operations Management, and Third Party Management teams.

Prior to this role, he was the Senior Vice President of Third Party Management where he helped shape our industry-leading management platform and develop countless partnerships.

Guy joined CubeSmart in 2006 as a District Manager in the Atlanta, GA and Jacksonville, FL markets, where he built a strong management team and improved operating results of a large district.  In December of 2008, he was promoted to Director of Operations in CubeSmart’s corporate office in Malvern, PA.  From there, his career continued to grow as he took on the role of Vice President of Operations before taking on leadership of Third Party Management. Now, as he leads both our operating platform and our third party platform, he plays an instrumental role in shaping the CubeSmart culture.
